White Peppermint Toffee Bark

This indulgent treat is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.

 

It combines the crunchy texture of gluten-free saltine crackers with the sweetness of our in-house made buttery toffee and creaminess of Callebaut Belgian white chocolate. The bark is then topped off with crushed peppermint candy. It doesn't get more festive than this.

Ingredients: Butter, Sugar, Saltine Cracker [Corn Starch, Corn Flour, Vegetable Fats and Oils (Palm, Palm Kernel, Rapeseed), Maltodextrin, Rice Syrup, Modified Tapioca Starch, Soy Flour, Yeast, Guar Gum, Modified Cellulose, Cream of Tartar, Ammonium Bicarbonate, Baking Powder, Citric Acid, Rosemary], Peppermint Candy ( sugar, glucose syrup, water, citric acid, peppermint oil, titanium dioxide (for color), and artificial colors (Red 40, Red 3, Yellow 5, Blue 1),Vanilla, Salt.
