HOW TO ORDER
Our customers have the flexibility to place orders online or directly with us for your custom needs. Connect with us through social or our contact us page.​
Orders are to be picked up at our curbside location in Vancouver, BC (near grandview highway and boundary). Delivery is available for a fee. Please see our delivery page. ​
Unfortunately, the website currently does not allow you to select a pick up date and time. You will have to contact us after you place your order to arrange. If arrangements can't be made, your order will be refunded. ​
The purpose of the website is to allow secure payment with multiple options, for those who aren't comfortable making payments directly through our other channels.
​Most of our orders are custom, only basic orders can be placed online.
POLICIES
At least 2 days notice is required for all orders. Same day orders are not accepted, since all items are made to order.

All orders are final. Once payment is received, we begin preparation.

Please look over your arrangement carefully during pick up. We are not responsible for any damages to the desserts, once it's out of our hands.

When transporting the goods, please lay arrangements on a flat surface, with no surrounding objects. If the weather is hot and your order includes chocolate or dairy products, please have the AC or window opened.

*Disclaimer* Although, most of our products can be made nut-free. The facility is not nut-free and may contain traces of nuts. The upmost care is used during the preparation and baking process but if the recipient has severe nut allergies, please reconsider placing an order.
