Salted Caramel Madeleine 

French Madeleine are small sponge cakes (although some regard them as cookies), traditionally enjoyed during tea time. 

 

We've enhanced it by infusing brown butter and orange zest. Dipped in rich and indulgent Belgian caramel chocolate with sprinkled Himalayan salt.

They are made with organic whole grain powdered oats, but you'd never know!

Ingredients: Gluten-free certified organic oat flour, Gluten-free Flour blend (Sweet White Rice Flour, Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Xanthan Gum), Butter, Sugar, Eggs, Belgian Gold Caramel Chocolate (Cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, milk sugar, whey powder (milk), skimmed milk powder, caramelised sugar(2%), emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, salt, and milk, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, whey powder, powdered whey protein concentrate, titanium dioxide), Orange zest, Vanilla, Baking Powder, Salt.
