Macadamia Nut Shortbreads are delicious and nutritious. They resemble the popular Honolulu cookies.
 
We use almond flour as our base and it's slightly salty and sweet. A unique and popular topping choice is our salted caramel belgian model chocolate. But you can choose from a variety of toppings.
 
Toppings include Model Chocolate, Royal Icing and half dipped Belgian Chocolate.  Our home-made model chocolate is similar to fondant except it's made with real chocolate. It adds a nice chewy texture to the cookie. Royal icing is the most commercially commonly used icing used for colorful designed cookies. 
 
Belgian chocolate flavors include: Basic (White, Milk, Dark) & Premium (Salted Caramel, Matcha, Peanut). Basics are included in the price, but premiums are an additional $0.50/each for half dipped and $1/each for model chocolate. 
 
Order these for a party favor, event or work gathering. We offer edible printing for logos, personalized messages or custom themed designs for children's party etc. 
 
They come individually packaged and with labels on them listing their ingredients for any allergy concerns. 
 
Prices may vary upon design, please contact us directly for a quote. Price listed is for a generic 2" circle shape with basic design or text. A minimum order of 10pcs is required for chocolate dipped and model chocolate toppings. For royal icing, a minimum order of 20pcs is required.
