EGGNOG NANAIMO BARS

Our holiday take on this rich and decadent Canadian classic 3 layer dessert bar.

The chocolate cookie base is filled with chunks of organic roasted almonds, gluten-free graham cracker and coconut shreds. The custard buttercream holds everything together and eggnog spices. This comes in a nut-friendly version without almonds. Only, available when selecting nut-free dessert boxes.  

 

Ingredients: Butter, Icing Sugar, Custard Powder, *Organic Milk, *Organic Eggs, Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened Coconut, Gluten-free Graham Crackers (Pea Starch, Shortening (Palm Oil, Modified Palm Oil), Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Brown Sugar, Sweet Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Water, Cane Sugar, Rice Bran, Molasses, Tapioca Syrup, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Pea Protein, Natural Flavour, Pea Fibre, Sunflower Lecithin, Inulin, Mono Calcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Guar Gum, Callebaut Semi-sweet chocolate (Sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (emulsifier), Organic Almonds, Vanilla.
