Black Sesame Tapioca Pudding Tart
This is the "reversed" version of baked tapioca pudding you'll find at Chinese Restaurants. The cookie is on the bottom instead of the top. The cookie also differs from the classic as it's enhanced with browned butter and brown sugar flavor. The middle is filled with black sesame paste which is commonly used in Chinese desserts.
They are individually sized making them perfect to serve at parties. They can be ordered individually or in assorted dessert boxes.
